The mast is relatively low for a 20 foot boat. It is really only about 14 foot I guess. That is pretty logical when you realise it will hold a square sail.
The oars were 320 centimeters each when I made them, but I have since shortened them to 310. The longer length translates to a "higher gear" which makes sense when you are rowing with two or three people. I however always row alone, plus the boat is heavy with a full load and the water ballast. I wanted to "downshift" and so...
